Help me choose a Canon DSLR?

I have a canon rebel xsi, and i can spend up to $1,200.. Or I can continue saving, but i'm at around $900.00. I am definetly willing to save for sure, as long as I can get an amazing camera. Pleaase help! I've considered the t2i and i've heard about the 7D. I bought a 7D book.. I just looked into the t2i though. I'm very torn! I need help soon.
