How can i really make my eyes stand out?

i think my eyes are really pretty, but i cant really wear eyeliner cuz im alergic to it, so i sometimes use gel liner but it still doesnt look good on me. i want my eyes to look really big. i have greenish blue eyes and in the middle there an orange ring around my pupil. what color eyeshadows would look best? where can i place the liner to make my eyes look huge? thank you1 do you think my eyecolors pretty??
