Buying a DSLR help?!?

I own a Canon Rebel Xsi, although I like it alot and get some good results, I'd like to upgrade. My choices are bewteen a Canon 60d and a t2i.. I heard the t3i doesn't give good results, not sure why. The only difference bewteen it and the t2i is that the t3i flips out. Apparently the 60d is bettr for sports.. although I do not plan on taking action shots. I'm into portraits and landscapes, would the 60d still be a good choice for me?
