Is there an adapter available to mount a Canon EF-S lens on an EF body?

Even if you could find an adapter, the problem would be the back element of the EF-S lenses are sized for an APS-C sensor (which is considerably smaller than a full frame and would result in heavy vignetting). The EF series lens back element is full frame size and that is why it can work on all the EOS series cameras.
